HOW IS IT TO WORK FOR GOOGLE?

Reading about life at Google, I have just found out that they are concerned about making Googlers assimilate that they are not there for the money. They are there, because they want to change the world. They say they don’t discriminate on basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy status, sex, age, marital status, disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristics protected by law. They receive a huge number of applications everyday, and every employee has to have something important to say, for Google looks to hire exceptional people that have great experience and creative ability. Education is also essential. Before you apply to work at Google you should make sure there is something about you that separates you from other applicants. You will need to be extremely good to be considered for a job at Google.
They provide compensation packages that can be comprised of competitive salary, bonus, and equity components, along with the opportunity to earn further financial bonuses and rewards. Actually, I´d say that to have an employee’s life at Google is something that every student of technology or even workers in that area aim to get. However, they must not forget that Google is just one of the top 100 list of companies to work for in the United States, elected by Fortune. The fourth one, to be more exact.
